What is the best way to handle currency?

How much walking is involved?

European cities are best explored on foot. You should expect to walk 5-8 km daily, especially in Venice, Florence, and Rome. Comfortable walking shoes are non-negotiable!

What is the "TDAC" for Europe?

Starting from the last quarter of 2026, people from 49 visa-exempt countries visitors will need to register with ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System). However, India is not among these 49 countries. Hence, this does not apply to Indian citizens travelling to Europe.

What clothing should I pack for the weather?

Even in summer, Mt. Titlis is freezing, requiring a heavy jacket and gloves. While Rome and Florence can be very hot. pack light cottons and remember that the Vatican requires shoulders and knees to be covered.
